 Shelta Sourcing SRL is an independent company providing consulting and operational support in fashion sourcing, supplier management and order process.

Shelta works with international fashion companies across sourcing, procurement, and supply operations, supporting activities related to supplier networks , buying processes, and order flows across global markets.

Shelta supports sourcing and order management activities across both bu-side and sell-side processes. This includes supplier sourcing and selection, evaluation of commercial and supply conditions, preparation of sourcing  and p/rocurement analysis, coordination with suppliers and logistics partners, and support in managing order flows , documentation, and communication.

Shelta operates as an external support layer across sourcing and operational activities.

The role is to structure information, coordinate stakeholders, and support execution across so urcing and order processes, while all commercial, contractual, and business decisions remain fully with the client.

Shelta does not buy or sell goods, does not act as intermediery, and does not represent clients in commercial transactions. All sourcing decisions, supplier agreements, and sales contracts remain fully under the responsibility and control of the client. Shelta supports processes without taking part in contractual or commercial commitments.

Shelta works with fashion operators, including multi-brands retailers, independent boutiques, platforms, and internationa trading companies. Clients operates in premium and luxury segment and requires structured support across supplier sourcing, procurement process, and order management.
